CaregiverYOU Info Session

What is CaregiverYOU?

Caregivers have been shaped by nurture and nature to prioritize the needs and wellness of others. Whether it’s your children, parents, supervisors, subordinates or others in your care, more times than not, your holistic health often comes last. What dre you to serve? If your purpose as a caregiver is tied to a personal story of pain, did you ever pursue - and complete - your own healing?

This workshop-style course will offer participants experiential application and insight into the social-emotional impacts of individual and collective trauma as well as restoration within personal, professional and community relationships. The objective is for participants to transition out of the series with tools, resources and reflective understanding on what is needed to pursue holistic health and wellness while continuing to do the important work of caregiving for the greater good. Our peace requires us to better understand and honor hour capacity for both work and rest.

 Course session topics will include:

· Purpose-Mapping

· Creating Safer, Braver Spaces

· Examining Holistic Wellness

· Understanding Fatigue and Restoration Forms

· Signs of Burnout and Talking Through It

· Reflecting on the Inner Child and Inner Elder

· Every Day and Emergency Self-Care Plans

· Healing, Wellness and Self-Compassion Manifesting
